If you anticipate a delay in your return to the Club, you can freeze your membership for up to four consecutive months. We cannot process an open-ended or indefinite freeze request. As a courtesy, we are currently waiving the standard $25 processing fee.
Freeze requests must be received in writing by the 25th of the current month in order to freeze starting the 1st of the following month. Requests must be received in writing: emailed to email@example.com, submitted online below, faxed to (215) 985-9158, mailed via certified mail, or filled out in the Membership Office. If you’re providing a mailed request, please be sure to include all information as it appears on the form below. Freeze requests over the phone will not be accepted.
Dues will not be charged during your freeze. Additionally, our standard $25 processing fee is currently waived. If there is a balance due at the time a freeze is requested, the balance must be paid before the freeze can be processed.
A member can only freeze once within a 12-month period for a maximum of four consecutive months. For a medical freeze, a doctor’s note must be provided and the account can remain on freeze for a maximum of six consecutive months. We cannot back-date medical freezes, so please notify the Business Office immediately, should medical reasons arise that prohibit use of the Club.
The freeze will begin and end on the 1st of the specified months. When the freeze expires, dues automatically reinstate at the full price. During a freeze, members cannot use the facility.
