Can I still use the waitlist for Group Fitness classes?
Yes, we’ve updated the waitlist process! If a spot becomes available in a full class, the member who is first on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class and will receive an email notification. The next member on the waitlist will then move to the top of the list.
How does the waitlist work for Pilates Reformer classes?
If you’ve already taken 3 Pilates Reformer classes within a calendar week (Sunday-Saturday), you will be automatically removed from any further Reformer class waitlists for that week. This helps ensure that spots remain open for members who have not yet reached the 3-class limit.
When does the waitlist lock?
The waitlist will lock 1 hour before the class start time, so no further additions will be made within that last hour. Any open spots in that final hour are available for anyone to register.
Can I still wait outside the studio for an available spot?
Yes, you can wait outside the studio to see if a spot becomes available. Staff will assign open spots based on the waitlist order and physical presence before the class starts. Late entry is at the discretion of the instructor.
