Golf Instructor

With over 30 years of experience teaching golfers of all skill levels, I've learned that there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching golf. While fundamentals are important, I believe in a personalized approach that tailors instruction to each individual's unique needs. By understanding a student's goals, strengths, flexibility, physical limitations, prior athletic experience, and preferred learning style, I can create a customized plan for meaningful and lasting progress.

Additionally, I am a trained massage therapist and certified spiritual life coach — often connecting my healing practices with my squash coaching. If you are eager to tackle a wickedly fun, fast-paced, and magical dance-like game that sure does keep you fit then it is time for us to embark on a journey of skill development and exploration together!

Swim Instructor

I have been a lifelong swimmer, and have taught for years privately and groups, K-12, college and university, elderly and all abilities. I love the freedom that is possible to find in the water. I am always looking to make a swimmer more efficient, and I am very sensitive to someone’s swimming issues who isn’t having an easy time in this space.

As an artist and designer, I am constantly involved with the creative spirit; if I see something that can be smoothed out and made easier for all involved, it’s the action I am most interested in at any time.  As a Yogi, I often tell folks that Yoga is the lens through which I understand this human condition… Yoga is a practice of awareness, ease, and empathy. These are the ideas that I wish to involve in any interaction I share. I believe when we cultivate this space; understanding and enjoyment are sure to follow… Whenever I get the opportunity to teach, we learn, laugh, and refine. We improve, and have a good time doing it!
