Step ‘n’ Sculpt

A cardio step training with intense intervals of strength work in between stepping will work  your entire body and keep you burning fat the whole class.

Step Right Up

A low-impact aerobics workout suited for the intermediate/advanced student.  This class will provide maximal cardiovascular conditioning with creative and challenging choreography.
