Q&A with Maggie Arbogast
Q: How is fitness important in your life and why?
Fitness is very important in my life. I was not an overly active young adult or child so I found fitness a bit later in life. I’ve watched many people in my family struggle with their health and as I got older I knew that I didn’t want that to be me, so I made a change, and now I can’t imagine what my days would be like without hitting the gym or being active in some way.
Q: How does belonging to The Sporting Club impact your life?
Belonging to The Sporting Club has given me a family of friends who I can laugh with, talk to and rely on to push me outside of my comfort zone. I’ve found great mentors and trainers at The Sporting Club who have helped me to find the fun and rewards of getting fit and staying healthy.
Q: What makes you want to get out of bed in the morning?
Most mornings, I think about what my workout plan is for the day and that drives me to start my day.
Q: What would you say is your greatest accomplishment?
Becoming a certified Spinning Instructor.

Don’t cheat yourself, challenge yourself!
