PERSONAL TRAINING & SWIM TRAINING

Personal Training is The Sporting Club’s personal approach to fitness designed to provide members of all fitness levels a time-efficient, safe and highly effective exercise program. Our Trainers work side-by-side with our members on all types of fitness equipment paying close attention to proper form, posture and biomechanics.

What can you expect from our Trainers?

PD MOVES – Fitness Program For People with Parkinson’s

The Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center, part of the Penn Medicine Neuroscience Center at Pennsylvania Hospital is partnering with The Sporting Club at The Bellevue to offer a fitness program designed specifically to help reduce the progression of Parkinson’s.

Recent research indicates that regular fitness activity may slow the progression of the disease. The Sporting Club at The Bellevue is centrally located in Philadelphia and has committed time and resources to developing a program that will improve the lives of those affected.

About the Program

  • Fitness movements aimed to increase range of motion, strength and mental confidence.
  • Positive and safe community with trainers that understand the disease
  • We encourage care partners to come to assist in program

 

PD Moves Class Schedule
Tuesdays – 2PM in Studio A (3rd floor)
Thursdays –  2PM in TRX Studio (2nd floor)

 

PD Moves for Members:  FREE
PD Moves for Non-Members:  $7 per class

PSL SPORTS LEAGUES

Philadelphia Sports League is the largest organization for recreational adult sports leagues in Center City, Philadelphia.

Their leagues are a great way to meet new people and network while participating in fun and competitive sports in convenient Center City locations! With lots of different leagues, there is something for everyone. Sign up with a team of friends and co-workers, with a small group and be kept on the same team, or by yourself. There are no membership fees! Simply pay for the sports you want to play!
