A Fitness Membership gives you access to hundreds of classes, the club’s 10,000 square foot fitness floor, brand new Boxing Studio, junior Olympic pool and NBA-sized basketball court plus, locker rooms featuring personal vanity areas, showers, towel service, steam room, sauna and whirlpool.

Executive Membership offers all the benefits of a Fitness Membership plus access to the private Executive Locker Room featuring showers, personal lockers, complimentary laundry service and invitations to exclusive Executive Member events.

In order to cancel your membership, a 30 day written notice is required. Your request may be filled out at the Membership Office, through the online cancellation form below, sent via certified mail or emailed to cancel@sportingclubbellevue.com.
To cancel on the 1st day of the following month, your written notice must be submitted by the 5th day of the current month.

For example, if your notice is received on or before April 5th, then your membership will cancel as of the 1st of May. If your notice is received after the 6th of April, then your membership will cancel 30 days from the date we received it and you will be charged pro-rated dues for the next billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, you will be responsible to pay for any unpaid balance due and the final month’s dues. Please note, if you are set up for credit card draft or EFT, your account will be charged accordingly.

In order for a leave of absence to be accepted, written notification must be received in the billing office by the 25th of the current month for a freeze to be in effect for the following month. Your request may be filled out at the Membership Office, through the online freeze form below, sent via certified mail or emailed to freeze@sportingclubbellevue.com. If you’re providing a mailed request, please be sure to include all information as it appears on the form below. Freeze requests over the phone will not be accepted.

No charges will be assessed during your absence, however, a non-refundable, one-time processing fee of $25.00 will be charged for freezing your account. When the leave expires, dues automatically reinstate at the full price. A member can only freeze once within a 12-month period for a maximum of four consecutive months.

The freeze will begin and end on the 1st of the specified months. During a leave, the member cannot use the facility.

For a medical leave of absence, a doctor’s note must be provided and the account can remain on freeze for a maximum of six months. We cannot back-date medical leaves, so please notify the business office immediately should medical reasons arise that prohibit use of the club.

You may request to cancel during a freeze, but the account must be current and active in order to cancel. Once the account is active, the 30-day notice policy will apply.
