Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away! This is a great cardio workout! Gail Gaines will teach this class Mondays at 5:30pm and Wednesdays at 12:30pm in Studio B.
TRX Suspension Training is the original body-weight portable training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people at all fitness levels. Rámon Clark will teach this class Tuesdays at 6pm and Thursdays at noon in SC 5&6. Sign up 30 minutes prior to class.
Spinning
Exercise in a motivating group setting. Class types range from low impact, high impact, high/low impact, high/low sculpt, step training, urban rebounding, kick-boxing and cardio weight training.
