Request for Membership Cancellation

Did you know that you can freeze a membership for up to 4 months if you’re out of town for awhile? Learn more about our Freeze Policy here.
In order to cancel your membership, a 30 day written notice is required. To cancel on the 1st day of the following month, your written notice must be submitted by the 5th day of the current month.
For example, if your notice is received on or before April 5th, then your membership will cancel as of the 1st of May. If your notice is received after the 6th of April, then your membership will cancel 30 days from the date we received it and you will be charged pro-rated dues for the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, you will be responsible to pay for any unpaid balance due and the final month’s dues. Please note, if you are set up for credit card draft or EFT, your account will be charged accordingly.
