
Clif Johnson has trained for over two decades. He has also competed in 13 body building competitions, winning seven titles. Experience in both boxing and body building helps him design a unique and effective fitness program for his clients. Clif, a former fighter, coach and trainer with a degree in psychology brings a vast range of knowledge to the fitness floor. Clif has also taught “The Boxers Workout” here at The Sporting Club since 1997. The variety in his workouts will keep you motivated and his unique approach will help you reach your fitness goals.
