
Steve is currently finishing up his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at University of Maryland. He has always had an affinity fitness and to help people reach their highest fitness potential. He has experience training clients at various fitness levels, from younger to older, novice to master, male and female. Steve views all of his clients as a challenge and develops a program that fits each individual. He specializes in developing the core, weight loss, metabolic conditioning, gaining muscular size and strength.
Steve is a strong believer that "form and good posture is critical" and that "everything begins and ends with the core.” Steve holds his Personal Training Certificate from National Academy of Sports Medicine.
