Beth Curran
Beth is as an ACE certified Personal Trainer with extensive experience in a physical therapy clinic. Both her B.S. in Kinesiology from Temple University and her years spent in a rehabilitation setting enable her to safely and effectively push individuals to reach their desired goals. Beth also has a specialized certification in neuromuscular therapy and corrective exercise. She emphasizes the importance of proper postural alignment while building muscle, toning, and shaping.
As a former collegiate distance runner and a lifelong athlete, Beth knows how to push the body to it's limitations without sustaining injury. Beth believes in catering to the fitness needs of each individual. Her background includes training those ranging from high-level athletes to disabled youth.
