
From childhood through high school, Chris participated in competitive sports leading to a strong interest in sports medicine and fitness. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and sports studies with a concentration in exercise physiology. Chris worked at many physical therapy clinics and fitness facilities, gaining experience with different populations, including athletes, seniors, and persons with various injuries. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist (CSCS) and holds a certification as a personal trainer from the American Council of Exercise (ACE). Chris’ hard work and continual pursuit of knowledge in fitness infuse every one f his personal training sessions. “The benefits of fitness are vast and always growing,” he states, “and being able to help others enjoy a healthy lifestyle and meet their fitness goal is rewarding.”
